The second edition of the Global Competitiveness Program for SMEs (GCPyMES) was held during two weeks in the School of Economics of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL). The Program was attended by 23 students, 10 students from Universitá Politecnica delle Marche (Italy),4 from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and 9 students from the School of Economics of the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina).
